- Preparing internal directives regarding the incorporation of the company, the management and reporting order of the company together with the internal directives on the representation of the company,
- Designing ideal ownership and management structures by evaluating Greenfield and Brownfield Projects from a bird's eye view,
- Preparation of stakeholder agreements (SHA) and share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements (SPA/APA) that may come to the fore in share purchase processes, to be negotiated, follow-up of signature and closing transactions,
- Negotiating and preparing the loan agreement with the lenders in a possible financing transaction, following the signature and closing procedures, follow-up of signature and closing transactions,
- Carrying out legal review procedures regarding the mentioned processes, (legal due diligence)
- Managing the public offering processes and providing the necessary legal support.
